Supply chain issues: You've probably noticed that we're out of stock on many items these days. COVID-related supply chain issues are affecting almost every business worldwide, and we are no exception. Product lead times have tripled; vendors are running out of cardboard boxes to ship items; raw materials shortages are creating manufacturing issues across the board. Please know that we're doing our very best to get products and kits back on the shelf as quickly as possible. We strongly encourage you to click the "Notify Me" button on any product for which you're pining. That way, you'll get an email notification the moment it's back in stock. Whenever possible, we will add ETAs to product pages. We kindly request that you limit calling our customer service team about stock inquiries as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this unprecedented experience. 

Since the very beginning of this pandemic, we have gone to great lengths to ensure that our employees and their families stay healthy—that is our top priority! We are now back to 100% of our normal staffing and have made numerous adjustments on campus to remain socially-distanced from one another. We hired a registered nurse full-time to perform wellness checks on every employee each day, keep our team educated about best practices, and distribute PPE and sanitizing products each day.
