Monday March 23, 2020 - COVID-19 RESPONSE UPDATE.

Important details that may affect you:

• We are currently operating in response to those in need of critical parts for essential transportation needs.
• In the best interests of our employees and community, we are working with a bare minimum voluntary workforce to support this demand.
• Orders from professional repair shops and individuals in need of critical components will be given priority processing.
• Orders of non-essential products will be fulfilled as we are able, but will receive a significantly lower priority status per above.
• We will fulfill your order as quickly as we reasonably can: Please be patient.
• If your situation is truly urgent, please contact support@gowesty.com and let us know what is going on. We might be able to expedite your order, but no guarantees under the circumstances.
• For the time being, our phones will remain OFF. All orders and communications will be via internet. We will resume phone support as soon as we are able.

We would love to stay open for business as usual, but scaling back is simply the right thing to do. We must all play our part in getting this situation under control. Thank you all for your support. We will be back in full force before you know it!
