Hi Lucas,

We just got back from our trip--almost 6,000 miles since we left the GoWesty lot on Aug.25--on Sunday and wanted to thank you again for providing us such a quality vechicle. We went through the normal "transition" process--getting familiar with how everything works, etc.--but overall we are extremely pleased with the Eurovan.

I took it in on Tuesday for the mandatory PA inspection and there was a belt that needed replaced and the warranty company took care of the part and labor without question. It was nice to hear the VW service manager say "what a good warranty you have". So thanks also for suggesting the full warranty program.

We also needed to replace a rear tail-light bulb ($60 part & labor to install) that burnt out less than a week after we left your lot. IS THAT SOMETHING COVERED UNDER YOUR (GoWesty) warrantly?

Please let me know.

Hey Gary,

Thanks for the nice note, I am glad the trip went well and the AUL came through!

Your GoWesty Warranty only covers the items that we installed. That bulb was not replaced by us as it was working fine, so you were not charged for it. However, if you feel it is reasonable that we cover it, I would be happy to split it with you.

I will put a $30 credit on your GoWesty account you can use at any time.

Hi Lucas,

We did a month-long trip to Colorado in Aug-Sept and had a fabulous time. We have now put almost 20,000 miles on it in about 15 months!

Here's some pics of Rosie. Two are in Rocky Mountain Nat Park, one at our campsite and one on the road. There is also a couple from our campsite at Great Sand Dunes Nat Park from a campsite outside Ouray, CO

We had SO MANY great campsites in CO!

Thank you.

Gary Mulholland
