Thank you for purchasing a vehicle from Go Westy! Camper Products.
The purpose of this document is to clarify your GoWesty warranty and what it covers, and to obtain your consent to act as a reference.
It is important to understand that the purchase of the vehicle is a separate transaction than the purchase of the repairs done to the vehicle by GoWesty. Your newly purchased vehicle is purchased as a USED VEHICLE IN AS-IS CONDITION on invoice and contract #_________. There is no expressed or implied warranty pertaining to the vehicle itself.
All of the labor and parts provided by GoWesty for the purpose of repairing or servicing the vehicle are warranted for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. The warranty herein applies only to the parts and labor on invoice # __________. The warranty does not cover towing costs, loss of your time, inconvenience, food, or lodging due to a breakdown. The warranty is limited to our replacement cost of any part included in the aforementioned invoice(s), and any labor required to replace the part(s) at a rate of $35 per hour. The extended warranty being purchased (___________), is to be used in first place, this warranty is to be used in second place, not concurrently.
All that having been stated, please rest assured that we have inspected the vehicle very carefully prior to offering it for sale, and have done our very best to repair those items necessary for the vehicle to be reliable and safe, and have represented the vehicle honestly and accurately. However, please understand that your newly purchased vehicle has many systems and parts that are as old as the vehicle itself, any one of which could fail. Finally, and most importantly:
IF YOU EXPERIENCE TROUBLE WITH YOUR RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLE YOU HAVE OUR PROMISE THAT GoWesty WILL WORK DILIGENTLY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN A FAIR WAY, WHETHER THE ITEM THAT FAILED IS WARRANTED OR NOT.

I understand that my email address and first name will also be posted in order for potential customers to request emailed feedback from me. Other than my first name and total out the door price, no personal information will be posted or shared in any way by GoWesty. In exchange for this, I will receive a 10% discount on any item I wish to purchase for my newly purchased vehicle from GoWesty for 12 months from the date of this purchase.
