Shipping in the United States
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Motor Freight (our staff chooses the appropriate carrier for each order based on destination, size, weight and cost).

* UPS Ground: UPS handles our heavier packages. This service averages 1-7 business days and delivers Monday - Friday only. We also provide UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services at an extra cost.
* USPS Priority Mail: Generally, most packages up to 3 pounds will be shipped Priority Mail, including all packages to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes (unless otherwise requested). This service averages 2-6 days from ship to delivery, 6 days per week.

Canadian and International Shipping
The US Postal Service provides our out of country shipping services. Surface Parcel Post is the least expensive and takes 3-6 weeks. USPS Air Parcel Post takes 7-10 days to arrive at the border, but can take up to 2 months to clear customs. No joke! READ THIS! Regardless, it is still the best way to go. Please be aware that no postal shipments can be tracked, period. All one can do is wait patiently for the parcel to arrive. UPS Worldwide is also available upon request. UPS shipments are fast, trackable, and similar in cost to Air Parcel Post. The down side is that UPS charges 30-60% of the total product value in brokerage fees. Below is a chart of the brokerage fees to Canada (only). These fees are in ADDITION to import duties that will be imposed by your local government. All orders outside the US require an additional $2.95 for extra handling and customs paperwork.

Customs and Duties
GoWesty! Camper Products does not pay for any Local Fees, Taxes, Customs, Duties or Tariffs. This is the responsibility of the customer to their local and national government agencies.

Extra Cost Items
Some items require extra shipping cost because they are oversized or heavier than normal (items like bumpers, awnings, hitches and the like). These extra cost charges will be noted in the product description and can be calculated based on size of package, not necessarily the weight.

Drop Shipping
GoWesty! will occasionally ship to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier warehouse to save cost and delivery time to our customers (which allows us to maintain lower pricing). This also helps you if we do not have an order item in stock, as we will then ship it from another supplier to avoid back-orders and long waiting periods for your parts. For this reason, many orders will be shipped in 2 or more boxes. This will not effect your shipping cost, you pay only the Shipping Price listed on your Order Form.

Back Orders
GoWesty! tries to stock every item listed in our catalog and web site, but on occasion an item will not be in stock at the time of your order request. If we cannot fulfill an order within 3 weeks, we will either cancel or drop-ship your item. On International orders, any back-ordered items will be deleted or the order will be held until ALL the parts are in stock before shipping.

Delivery Times
GoWesty! processes all orders the next business day (Monday through Friday) and ships most orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive and PLEASE notify us after this time if you have not received it so we can check on your order. Items such as Carpets, Upholstery, Trim Panels, Car Covers and Special Orders take 2- 3 weeks to manufacture, plus the normal shipping time (so plan ahead when coordinating your restoration project, because most of these time-frames cannot be changed).
